The Emergence of Third-Party Procurement Services Provision

Jim Mikell, Canada Country Manager of the Everest Group, a leading global operational strategy firm, will present an overview of the emerging and compelling market of Procurement Outsourcing (PO).
Jim will provide key insights into the value proposition provided by “full PO” as compared to traditional consulting or group buying solutions targeted at the product/service acquisition process within companies. A case study of a recent and significant third-party procurement services arrangement will be shared to illustrate the components of an actual, broad-scale PO relationship.
The presentation will also include highlights of key topics of interest from Everest Research Institute’s latest PO research, including market size and growth, adoption trends, key third-party providers, pricing, and realization of savings.
